Noise from the site next door
Neighbours next to my sister complained for four months about a build going up beside them. Dust, and the concrete pours starting at six in the morning.
She asked me what to do. Nothing works except moving, and she has a baby, so moving is not simple.
What she did in the end was look at what else was for sale in the same area from before the works started. Most of those listings were ghosts, still up, long gone. A usable picture came only off https://yektahomes.com/ where the old entries had been taken down already. She bought two streets over.
Baby sleeps now. The neighbours are still there.
