Can you monitor Instagram follows without checking daily?
Checking an Instagram profile every day just to see whether its following list has changed seems unnecessarily time-consuming. I am curious whether there is a practical way to monitor changes and only look when something new appears. This would be especially useful for public profiles that are followed by a lot of people. Has anyone found a simple way to keep track of Instagram follows over several days or weeks?
